Sound Supports offers professional coaching services to schools, districts and other organizations supporting children and youth. We define coaching as supporting administrators, district or school leadership teams and educators through tailored professional development, systems development, strategy implementation and problem solving. Our goal in coaching is to help you build your capacity and that of your staff in identified practices, as the local experts of your organization. Coaching can be provided in person, virtually through Zoom or similar platform or by phone.

We focus our coaching with sustainability of systems and practices in mind. Our motto is, “If we do our job well, you will eventually be able to do the work without us.” Coaching is a great way to access tailored support following one of our professional development offerings.
